Cancellation Policy
At Dulce Sugar Wax Studio, we understand that plans can change and sometimes life gets in the way.
That’s why we maintain a flexible cancellation and no-show policy for all our clients. You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointments at any time with no associated fees or penalties.
We greatly appreciate advance notice whenever possible, as it helps us continue to provide the best services for all of our wonderful clients.
Late Policy
After 7 minutes Your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show.
For example:
If your appointment is at 11:30 AM
You must be inside the suite by 11:37 AM.
At 11:37 AM, your appointment is canceled, and 100% of the remaining balance will be charged. (Unless we communicated otherwise)
Please plan accordingly to avoid fees and ensure timely service.
